Booking appointments

Consultations are by appointment only. To help us keep wait times to a minimum, please advise reception if you have more than 1 matter or a complex matter to discuss.

If you need an urgent appointment, please advise reception.

If you are unable to attend your appointment or are running late, please call reception to advise 02 9908 2233. A fee may apply if you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given.

If you are a new patient, you will receive a link via email or SMS to complete a new patient registration form in advance.

If your request is for a prescription or referral not written by a doctor at our Practice before, you must make a standard appointment and normal fees apply.

For repeat scripts/referrals, an appointment is required. Two options are available:

a telehealth appointment – this is a phone/video consult with a standard fee of $70, and an out of pocket fee of $27.15 after Medicare.
a short face to face appointment– the fee for this is $42.85, which is fully rebated by Medicare, resulting in no out of pocket costs to you.
